CT - How did you get a job at Cultura Inglesa?
RITA: I saw an ad on the newspaper and then I sent my curriculum.
CT - How long have you been working here?
RITA: I have been working at CI for four years.
CT- How does it feel to be teaching here for such a long time?
RITA: It is a pleasure to work in a great school full of wonderful teachers and friends.
CT - Do you teach anywhere else?
RITA: No.
CT - Do you like teaching?
RITA: I love my job, I can't imagine myself without an English class.
CT - If you were not an English teacher, what would you be?
RITA: It's a very difficult question to answer. But if there was any job which could give me the possibility of working with people and the pleasure to see them growing in all aspects of life as well, I would accept it.
CT- Can you remember any funny fact that happened during one of your classes?
RITA: Yes, and it's still very fresh in my memory. It was, if I'm not wrong, one year ago. I was sitting on a swivel chair we have in the classrooms when I fell off it. Needless to say, all my students burst out laughing. Even today they remember that weird accident.
CT - When you get yourself daydreaming what do you usually think of?
RITA: My family and my friends.
CT - What kind of music do you like?
RITA: I like Rock, MPB, the 70's songs …
CT - Do you have a favourite song?
RITA: I don't have a favourite one.
CT - What is your favourite book? And author?
RITA: "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde (my favourite author)
CT - What is your favourite TV programme?
RITA: TV Series: "Friends", "E.R", "Without a Trace" and Chat Show.
CT - If you were elected president of this country, what are the first three things you would do?
RITA: I would improve Education, Health and Sanitation.
